AB Hotel Yukuhashi

We went down for breakfast at 8:20, but the food was already gone, even the rice and miso soup. Such a disappointment. The room was the usual small Japanese business hotel size. We parked right beside the hotel and bought a special parking coin for 300 yen when we checked in.

A good deal for a clean, quiet, comfortable place. It was also a nice way for me to stay away from the big crowds of foreign tourists.

The building felt new and clean, and the room was tidy with a comfortable bed. Even the futon had a good weight to it, not too light. The public bath only fits about 4-5 people, but it was very relaxing. The area around the hotel was quiet enough to sleep with the window open, while the station and a convenience store were close by. Since it was a weekday, parking was available even though we arrived at 10 PM. We stayed as a family of four, my parents and two middle/high school students, to attend a funeral. At around 17,000 yen, with breakfast included and access to the bath, it felt incredibly affordable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Right in front of Yukuhashi Station, and breakfast and parking are free. If the main lot is full, there's another one next door for 400 yen for 24 hours. The hotel is new and beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the beds made it easy to sleep well. There's also a large public bath. I'd recommend staying here.
