The staff are easily the best part here, really professional. Get to know one of them and they can help you find the best experience in the hotel. The rooms could use maintenance, since you may find something not working, like a sink that won't drain or no hot water. The menus also don't show prices, unfortunately.

Handy location if you're passing through and need to stay overnight in Bumala. The place is clean, though replies to customer questions are slow. The area is generally hot, and the admin turns off the hot water shower after one use.

The restaurant lady had a serious attitude, and the service was very poor. Breakfast was pathetic.

Out in a rural area, but it's a good hotel and the service is quality.

The restaurant was lovely, and everything else was pretty good. The hotel is clean and neat, though the beds are a bit small. I was given a twin room at the standard room price. The toilet flush system in my room gave me trouble, and they should put fans in the rooms too.
