The food was really tasty, better than at most hotels. The staff were warm, professional and so helpful. Philes deserves a special mention for making my room look lovely. She took the time to make me feel cared for, including leaving a beautiful flower arrangement for me one evening.

The calm, welcoming setting at PrideInn Diani was well looked after, and the staff made the stay smooth from Monday through today. Everyone was friendly, attentive and ready to help. I had a wonderful visit and would happily recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Pride inn, Diani. The restaurant staff were accommodating when we asked for meals for our one-year-old, and the service around the restaurant and pool was especially warm and baby-friendly. Aunty Popo, the pool lifeguard, was so patient with the kids. We had booked and paid for a family room, but were given two separate rooms instead. The hotel should have told us when they realized the room had been double booked, rather than leaving us to discover it on arrival. Managing from two rooms with young children was very inconvenient.
