V-Szameitat Homes

Check-in and checkout were quick, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was just right, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at V-Szameitat homes and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Diani. I’ll definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I had a wonderful stay, though the token arrangement was a problem. For a six-day stay in a two-bedroom apartment, they loaded only 38 tokens, while the AC uses 10 a day. I had to add more, and otherwise I would have needed to pay for the AC for the remaining three days or go without it. Sleeping comfortably in those rooms means needing AC, so expecting guests to pay extra electricity costs to enjoy their stay feels unreasonable. The owner should review how this is handled. If you stay here, set aside money for AC. Apart from that issue, the stay was excellent.

The cottage sits between the beach and the main strip, with a supermarket, bank, and plenty of Tuk-tuks nearby for getting around. It’s clean and well maintained, and the security guard made us feel safe coming in. The cottage itself was comfortable, had all the amenities and drinking water, and worked well for self-catering. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Monica and Paris greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed, including our breakfast. We loved our stay and I’m already planning to return. Highly recommended.

There’s a local market, bank, shops, and restaurants about 100 m from the Homes. The beach is the same distance away, and the area is quiet, with the Homes set in a lovely palm garden and a swimming pool. They’re fully equipped, and breakfast was delicious. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful.
