I can't understand how this place has a 4.1 rating. We were very disappointed during our three nights at Lotfa with friends. A month before the stay, we asked for early check-in because we’d be arriving early. They agreed and we were meant to pay a deposit. Then, five hours before we arrived, one of the managers called to say we couldn’t check in early. We waited from 5:00 am until 8:00 am for rooms, even though they weren’t occupied. The food was below par, and our rooms were not cleaned at all during our stay. Find another hotel.

The owner made sure we were comfortable and treated us like valued guests. I spent three lovely nights at Lotfa and felt safe the whole time. Everyone on staff was kind, attentive, and ready to help, always with a smile. A really special stay.

The peaceful setting and lovely greenery were a big part of what I enjoyed at lotfa. My weekend was great, the staff and owner were nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked taking a quick dip in the pool each day, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. 10/10 for a calm getaway.

Breakfast was the best part of my mornings here, and the A La carte menu was good too. The food had plenty of variety, and all the amenities felt high quality for the price. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The beach is an easy short walk away, either through public access points or beach clubs. I’d gladly come back to Lotfa.
