The bed made a lot of noise whenever I moved, and the mosquito net in my room wasn’t working properly. I felt management knew about it but wouldn’t move me to a room where it worked. They did give me a mosquito coil, though, which left the room smelling bad. I’d still stay again for a night, hopefully in a better room.

Nothing seemed to work properly. There was no working socket for charging gadgets, and the receptionist insisted I hand over my phone so they could charge it by midnight. The rooms weren’t labelled, and a guest mistakenly came into mine and took her clothes off. Thank God my woman was with me, otherwise... The bed light didn’t work, and the TV showed uncooked Rice. The whole place is a mess, with poor management. Fuuuck.

It’s clean, the staff are polite, and the prices are fair for a place near town.

I paid mash 2000, but the room had no toilet seat. I complained and they checked another room, which also had none. There were four people at the counter, but they wouldn’t let me speak to the manager or anyone else. I didn’t feel secure, so I left. They refused to refund the full kshs 2000. My receipt number is 17769. I hope no one else has the same experience. Never ever.
