They make sure passengers get where they’re going, and the drivers are orderly and disciplined. The office staff are courteous, the toilets are clean, and there’s plenty of parking. If you leave your car in their parking bay while you travel, they’ll keep an eye on it for a small fee. Thanks for the service.

I got into Nakuru very late and had no luck finding a hotel after checking a few places. Then I came across Marra hotel and was able to spend the night there. The bedding was really clean and the quiet atmosphere helped me unwind after the day. Service was top notch. A place to sleep can feel like a second home.

I stayed at Maara Hill Hotel for six nights. It’s a good place to stay and the security is good. The service is at 78%, so there’s room to do better. Pongezi, keep it up. Heko. 🧑🍳👋👋👋
