LakeElementaita Manor

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. From the welcome at the entrance to the comfortable room, the care and hospitality stood out throughout our beautiful staycation. Thanks for making it such a lovely, memorable visit. We can’t wait to return.

The front office team was very friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I loved my solo stay at the manor. The quiet setting, green scenery, and slow music around the grounds helped me unwind. The meals tasted fine, though they could use more creativity and variety. I’d gladly stay here again, next time with my family.

Dinner was my favorite, with delicious food and mellow jazz making for a lovely meal. The restaurant serves generous, healthy portions, offers a range of drinks at the well-stocked bar, and assigns a table to each guest. Before check-in, guests get a short explanation of the house rules. I liked that they help keep the stay quiet and pleasant. There were no noisy neighbors. With just 49 rooms, the large garden never felt crowded. It’s well maintained, and I enjoyed sharing the grounds with the shy resident velvet monkeys. The clean, spacious rooms are thoughtfully set up and spread out across the accommodation area, with lake views, garden views, or both. The staff were attentive and friendly without intruding on our space. Lake Elementaita Manor is a class above the rest, and a wonderful getaway.

The rooms are spacious and well arranged, especially the ones facing the lake, which have wonderful views. I liked how relaxed I felt from the gate through reception and into the room. The buffet is good, and I’d recommend the place to anyone looking for a holiday stay near Lake Elmentaita.
