White Thorn Cottages

The cottages have a lovely bush feel, while still offering modern conveniences. From the terraces, you get wonderful views of nature. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and it’s quiet enough to read a novel or a business report without being disturbed.

We booked every cottage for our large group of friends, the moms, and our daughters, but what we saw wasn’t what we got. None of the cottages had been cleaned properly when we arrived, and the pool was dirty. On the second day, water wasn’t pumped to the rooms. It took more than 15hrs for the dispenser water to arrive, the lights kept going off, and we got electric shocks in the bathrooms. After we aired our dissatisfaction, the owner Carrey handled it poorly. Her son Martin checked the facts, and Carrey promised a refund. Once we’d left, she refused to pay it back and wouldn’t answer our calls. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

A very beautiful spot for camping and swimming, with cottage services and lovely bushes all around that give you clean air. The director is Soo humble.

A few more signs would make it easier to find your way around, but I loved the place and had a great experience.
