The food was so good, and the views were lovely. We were there for the RYLA FLEX 2025 conference, and the staff made the whole visit feel amazing. Already looking forward to coming back.

Our latest visit was on 2nd Jan 2026, and the pool was quite dirty. Maybe the team was stretched during the festive season, or management has become too comfortable. Even so, we've always found swimming at Sagana Getaway relaxing and special. The Acacia trees give the place a lovely setting, while it stays warm enough for a comfortable swim. It's a great spot for families and friends to gather and catch up, and the experience was still amazing overall.

Our first room felt damp, which was disappointing. Still, we enjoyed the pool and the green surroundings. Sagana is a beautiful location, and it would be great if the resort offered continental meals.

The setting was the one good part. Service was slow and poor, and the food was flat and tasteless with a poor selection. The buffet had the same options every day.

We went with the Rotary group 2025, and everything was amazing. There were around 120 of us, with some rooms still empty, so the resort can handle large groups. The rooms were clean, drinking water was provided every day, and they cleaned daily. Everyone, from the managers to the cleaners, was kind. Bring an umbrella since it sometimes rains, though it stays warm. Thank you, Sagana Getaway Resort. I absolutely recommend it.
