We usually come four times a week, all eight of us, and Lilian was the reason we kept returning. The services and food are good, but we’re concerned that she’s no longer there. We used to get bad food, then Lilian changed our minds and we started eating here. She knows how to treat guests. You need to do something.

The coffee was nice, the service was great, and the food was finger lickin’ good.

The rooms and facilities are good, but the staff and customer service made for a pathetic experience. Mso served us along with another woman who seemed to know very little about her work. Both were rude and unprofessional. Management should hire and train staff to do their jobs properly.

I waited two hours for my tea even though they weren’t busy. The waiters and the rest of the staff can be incredibly slow sometimes, though they did apologize later.

Dirty rooms and linen, with bed bugs too. Find another hotel.
