We had a family stay, and the affordable room had the basics we needed: a bed, toiletries, and a hot shower. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly. But service was slow, and the waitresses were sluggish. It took 15 mins to find a menu because not all the menus were updated. Breakfast was another struggle. They knew how many guests were staying overnight but hadn't planned for that number, so it was delayed and we didn't receive what they'd promised. When we asked about the service and how long the food would take, the waitress got offended. She also reacted badly to our requests to make the meal good, even though our reservation included bed and breakfast.

The restaurant was a highlight, with tasty food and plenty of choices. I especially liked the breakfast buffet, which had fresh, high-quality options. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the fitness center had all the equipment needed for a workout. The location was convenient and close to popular attractions. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities. It had elegant decor and a breathtaking view, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept well. On arrival, the staff gave me a warm welcome and excellent, attentive service. Check-in was smooth. My stay at Star Wood Hotel exceeded my expectations and was unforgettable. It offered a great mix of luxury, comfort, and service for business or leisure, and I highly recommend it. I'd definitely come back.

The service was very poor. I waited more than 2 hours for food, then left without eating because it still wasn't ready. The waiters were rude!! Star wood should be a zero star.
