Le Mach Apartments

We arrived at 3 a.m. as female travelers from abroad and had nowhere to stay. We'd booked three weeks ahead, paid in full through Expedia, and had confirmation from online booking agent Mary Adhiambo that a late-night check-in would be fine. But the hotel said there were no rooms available. Hotel management, Brenda, blamed the booking agent instead of giving us a sincere apology. They pointed us to a nearby hotel with no reviews or price information, which didn't feel safe or acceptable at that hour. The hotel gave us no further help, so we called around ourselves until we found a place for just $5 more per night. They still refused to cover the extra cost or transport, even though it was only 10 minutes away, and set a reimbursement cap below what I'd paid Expedia. I can't understand this kind of hospitality. They wasted our time and money, then wouldn't spend anything to fix a problem caused by their own mistake. The whole thing was deeply frustrating. Both the management and booking agent communicated poorly, showed no accountability, and offered no sincere apology. We felt completely disregarded. If you're thinking of booking through Expedia, think again and choose somewhere more reliable.

The food and service are always excellent whenever I visit, and I have a wonderful time every time. It's an exquisite place. Looking forward to going back.

I visited on Monday to ask about the hotel, then came back on Sunday and found the information Agnes had given me was different. Manager Agnes, please be honest about the details you share and improve the service and customer care. I was really disappointed. Thank you.
