We spent plenty of time at this resort, which also has a time-share setup, and never felt we had to go elsewhere. There’s a beautiful infinity pool, plus a water sports club for kayaking, diving, and snorkeling. We also found two Padel courts run by Padel Kenya, which were a fun way to stay active. Both restaurants served delicious food. The beach bar seafood platter is well worth trying, and the pizzas and burgers were great too. Service was welcoming and efficient from the restaurant team through housekeeping. The rooms are comfortable and practical rather than ultra-luxurious, and the water views from the balconies made mornings especially relaxing. A fantastic holiday spot in Kilifi. I’d stay here again.

The food was so good that we kept going back for more, and there’s plenty to do at the resort, from the animation team to the water sports. Staff were incredible and focused on making guests feel welcome. Our neat, clean room was decorated with creative flower arrangements each morning. Nearby beaches, quaint markets, and local dining options are easy to enjoy beyond the resort. This little gem on the Kilifi coast made for an amazing experience, and I’d definitely return.

The cocktails were good, but dinner with a friend was a terrible experience. Our waiter, a young woman who may have been a trainee, answered every question with “mi sijui.” The pizza was awful, and came in a box with no serviettes or side plates.

I won’t come back, and I can’t recommend this place. The rooms are old and outdated, there were insects, the shower barely had water pressure, and the mattresses and pillows weren’t comfortable. The prices didn’t feel like good value either. I also had trouble getting straight answers about transport. Samuel, the person assigned to help me with everything, not the receptionist, said a trip to the Saltys wasn’t possible unless I paid 8000 khs to a friend of his. That felt like too much, so I called the restaurant directly and learned they had their own boat for 500Ksh for the whole trip. At reception, a taxi to Mombasa was quoted at 9000ksh, but when I checked prices myself, I found 5000ksh.

Service dragged. At one point the waiter forgot our order, and when I asked for the bill, they didn’t bring it. If you eat outside the establishment, bring drinking water: they only offer one bottle for drinking and one for brushing your teeth per person.
