The air conditioning worked very well, and the place was clean with no bugs. Most things felt like four stars, while the people working there were five star. A few small things could be better, especially the bathroom. Hot water didn't come when we tried, though it might have reached the 3rd floor if we'd waited longer. Still, it was a nice visit and a very good hotel in this part of Africa.

The food is to die for, and the chefs clearly know their stuff. Imelda went out of her way to help, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The peaceful ambience and swimming pool were lovely too. The hotel has modest, older designs from a few years ago, but its finesse, service, and attention to detail make it stand out. I highly recommend it.

The masala and ginger tea I requested was made just right. The place was clean and quiet, and all the staff gave good service. Nice to see Kenya raising the flag high in hospitality. I'll definitely return.
