In my room, the bathroom water barely flows properly.

Really shameful service. A customer with a reservation shouldn’t be turned away, especially with the excuse, "watu wa online wana tabia mbaya," when your own phone lines aren’t working. The staff need to learn how to deal with customers.

Friendly staff, and a decent option for budget packers at kes1800(USD 20) for B&B. The rooms could use some sprucing up, though, and food is very expensive for the average Joe.

The breakfast is good, at least. The pool’s really small, the rooms are tiny, and the washrooms are dirty, with toilets that don’t flush.

The shower and sink water flow well, which is awesome. WiFi is dope too 😂
