Breakfast had a good mix of options, and dinner came in generous portions. The food was flavorful and well prepared, and the bar was a relaxed place with plenty of drinks to choose from and attentive service. Staff were welcoming throughout and made sure to be courteous and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely equipped. Good value and dependable hospitality, I’d 💯 recommend it.

Meals are served hot, usually made to order, and room service is available. Heritage hotel is spacious and well maintained, with a broad range of hotel services. The rooms are roomy and kept in good condition, and you can have a nice dining experience in the dining room or get food delivered to your room.

The reception I got for my guest was very unprofessional. They insisted on payment before allowing the preacher to leave for crusade, and I only found out this morning that breakfast is charged separately. That was quite disgusting. He was meant to stay five nights, but I’ve checked him out. Management needs to bring in professionals to run the place.

The food is nice, but please think about adding air conditioning. We all know how hot Kitui gets. Also, cleanliness matters to me, and I don’t like seeing dusty surfaces or floors being used for service. Cheers.

The food is so good, wah, there’s no need to eat outside the hotel. The room is superb for the price, and the service was sooo polite. It’s a peaceful place, with no noisy clubs nearby. Highly recommend when you’re in Kitui.
