The place was clean and peaceful, and the air-conditioned room was comfortable and well looked after. Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and the food had plenty of tasty choices. I had a really good stay at Naap Hotel and would recommend it for the hospitality, comfort, and meals.

We had a great stay at Naap, and my family will come back when we're in Lodwar. The quiet location felt very secure, and water was always available in the taps and showers, with drinking water provided too. Bramwel the manager was warm and welcoming, the housekeepers were eager to help, and we enjoyed chatting with the chef and everyone else. The food was delicious, and you could order what you wanted and have it made just how you like. Staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was clean, with air conditioning, and the surroundings were quiet, cool, and private.

A lovely atmosphere, with helpful staff always around and a really friendly, motivated owner. He even helped me out over WhatsApp a few days after I checked out. The little bungalows each have one room and a bathroom, and there's good breakfast plus dinner with cold drinks and beer. It's toward the edge of Lodwar rather than in the center, but the price is still good. Definitely a five-star stay.
