I was looking for a place for a holiday and Google Maps sent me to the street by 67 Airport Hotel's gate. I was lost, but the staff wouldn't open it so I could pass through or turn around unless I bought something. That's no way to treat someone who has simply followed a wrong GPS route, and it reflects badly on the management and the hotel's reputation. Travelers using navigation around here should be careful. The staff need proper hospitality training; pressuring people in this situation is a poor way to do business.

We stayed here both before and after our safari, and had a lovely time. The pool was a lot of fun on a hot afternoon, and it's a great spot for children. The breakfast buffet was superb, and the staff were engaged, warm and helpful.

My sister and I held our graduation parties here and were happy with the atmosphere and the hosting. I've been coming for years, too. The food is tasty, and their platters are delicious.

The airport is the main reason to choose this place, and the staff were pleasant and respectful. But my room had no A/C, and it was so hot I had to leave the windows open, which brought in lots of mosquitoes. There's no elevator, and the area is loud and busy. I'd compare other hotel brands near the airport before booking 67 Airport Hotel.

We didn't sleep here, but they let us book a room between flights and use the gym and pool. The gym was surprisingly well equipped, and Kevin, the trainer, was lovely and helped us try some beginner weight lifting for fun. Afterward we ate at the pool restaurant. The burgers were big and delicious, the club sandwich was huge and good, and it all felt like great value. There were lots of kids enjoying the family activities, so families traveling with children should be happy here. The neighborhood looked a little shady, but we had no reason to leave the fenced hotel grounds, so it wasn't an issue for us.
