I've been waiting 30 minutes for breakfast and no one has even taken my order. Everything takes painstakingly long here. When I arrived, nobody explained anything, like where breakfast would be served. There isn't a trash can in the room, and the shower water isn't warm even though there's an instant shower gadget. I could go on and on! 🤷🏽♀️

For a business trip, I stayed one night in their "Executive Room." The hotel itself is great and the rooms are superb, but the service and food quality didn't match. Drinks arrived almost 20 minutes after ordering, and the food was nearly cold. Still, it's a great place for conferences and an overnight stay when you're traveling for business.

The worn-out sheets and towels added to a very poor stay, and the hotel felt dilapidated. The bathroom was filthy, the walls were very dirty, and there was no dustbin in the room. During a three-hour power cut, we also had no water, while management seemed unconcerned. It needs a serious upgrade. The money spent didn't feel worthwhile.

I was there for a conference. The room was good, spacious, and air-conditioned, and the food was good too. Malindi people don't tend to rush, but they are polite and friendly.

It works well for business trips, but I wouldn't choose it for a holiday. Although it's advertised as beachfront, it's a long walk to the beach, and the hotel is right in the middle of town. Service was average.
