Liked: The open grassy area was nice for watching the sunset, and we saw hogs there. The chef's food was good too. Disliked: We were told we'd have to pay more than the booking.com price because it was high season, even though we were literally the only guests when we arrived. We booked four days of Land Cruiser safari but got only two days in one. After that, the vehicle was really old and uncomfortable, too low to stand in, and very slow. On the final day, we paid for a full game drive, but it ended at 3:00 pm. The driver didn't check whether we were done, and there was no communication. That was expensive and very disappointing. We also paid 130 USD for a drop-off at our new camp. The driver left us at the gate instead, so someone else had to collect us. I've asked for a refund and haven't received anything. Our room wasn't cleaned once during the four days, there was no bin, and the shower had no warm water. We ordered lunch for every game drive, but something was missing each time, though the food itself was good, compliments to the chef. We also paid a lot for water bottles. With full board, we expected water to be included, but were billed for 38 bottles at the end. Water should be part of full board, especially at a place this expensive.
