Blue Comfort Hotel

We ended up leaving after the water problem and got no discount. When I got back from work that day, they said the water had been fixed, but there still wasn’t any in the room. Since we’d used the toilet that morning, the smell was awful. Earlier, I couldn’t sleep because the bed frame kept giving way under me, and mosquitos got through the net and left me scratching. After I complained, they moved us to another room with a good bed, but the fan didn’t work, and the heat and mosquitos kept waking me. I finally took the mattress up to the roof to get at least a little sleep. They moved us again to a room where the bed was okay and the fan worked, but then the whole building lost its water supply. The worst part was that they knew about the problems and didn’t mention them when they changed our rooms. The towels were like rags. I’ve slept in all sorts of places, but I couldn’t sleep here, and I wouldn’t recommend this “hotel” to anyone.

I really liked the service here. The place was clean and peaceful, so I’d happily recommend it 👌

The bathroom curtains need attention. The lining underneath is awful, with stains that look permanent. They should also spray more often for bedbugs.

The rooms were clean and the bed had handy drawers, which I appreciated. It’s a smart place, but the TV was disappointing since it wouldn’t turn on 🙏
