Rosephine was a delight whenever we met, and she made sure my special menu came exactly as I had requested. Ivy, Domnic, Tracy, and the rest of the team were caring and lively too. Their service made my stay memorable, and I plan to come back. Thank you, Rosephine!

I went for lunch and loved the peaceful, relaxing feel of the place. It was warm, cozy, and very clean, and the food was amazing. Jacinta looked after me with such a friendly welcome, and the other staff were lovely as well. Easy 10/10 for me.

I left feeling I’d been treated dishonestly at Premium Inn Hotel. The trouble came the night before checkout, after I’d spent the whole stay eating on the understanding that half board covered breakfast and dinner. Nobody corrected that until then, when I was told I had pending payments because the booking was supposedly bed and breakfast only. At check-in, the receptionist had confirmed half board twice after I asked, and the written confirmation also said half board. When I booked online, the woman on the phone had said the rates could be negotiated. The staff wouldn’t take responsibility and kept pointing to what the system said. There was no apology or accountability, just a demand for money at the last moment. It was a disgraceful experience. I’d avoid this place completely. There are plenty of honest hotels in Mombasa that won’t treat you like an easy mark.

We came as a family and enjoyed the rooms, food, and service so much that we nearly skipped exploring the beaches. I think I’m a Premium Inn fan now. Keep up the good work, and keep improving rather than getting too comfortable.
