The staff were quick to respond when we raised concerns, and their warmth and helpfulness made the stay special. Thanks to Ian for the top-notch service, Emmanuel for managing our reservation and checking on our comfort, Monica for being so attentive, and Brighton for making sure our room had everything we needed. The food was great, too. The beachfront setting is perfect, the rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of pools. The gym is well equipped, and the gym staff were very helpful. We’d recommend this place any day and will definitely return as a family.

The beach was beautiful, with a shallow area where you could see animals and a deeper part for swimming. At high tide it floods, so you can't go onto it then. We had good food and very good service, with plenty of people around to help.

It's a quiet, relaxing spot in Shanzu, with nice landscaping. The room and pools were awesome, and the bartenders were great, though they may not have certain drinks like Malibu if you're particular about what you order. The pools aren't very deep, which seems like a nice change if you have kids. Breakfast was depressing. Reception didn't say much about the facilities, so I had little idea what else was available beyond the pool. The hotel itself is okay.
