Stay.Plus White House Apartment

Moving out turned into a horrible experience. The landlord made unreasonable demands, harassed me through the process, and refused to return my deposit payments as required by law. At first everything seemed fine, but the deposit was unfairly withheld and the move became a real ordeal. Moving is stressful enough without being treated this way. If you want a professional, hassle-free rental, I strongly advise against this landlord. Regards!

Really clean and organized, with lifts and all the parking on the ground floor. One of the best apartment buildings around ruaka, and it's well maintained.

The management never responded to my maintenance requests. I reported a leaky faucet several times, but it was left unfixed and my water bill ended up shockingly high. I also had a nightmare getting my deposit back: they claimed “wear and tear” for damage that was already there when I moved in, and hadn't documented it. Add the paper-thin walls and constant noise, and the charming online photos don't tell the story. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache, avoid The White House Apartment.

The place looks good, but rent here at your own risk. If courtroom drama, uncertainty, heated arguments, or handing money to random landlords sounds appealing, you'll fit right in. Getting your deposit back is another matter, though. They don’t do refunds!
