Judy is passionate about her work and a great person, and Richie the porter was very helpful. The only drawback was the limited breakfast selection. This place is amazing for the price.

Having a hot shower and Wi-Fi in the room helped my business visit go smoothly. I could also get to nearby services like banks, a forex bureau, and a pharmacy, and there was an airport drop-off.

It's basic but the rooms are comfortable and clean, with hot showers and cozy beds. Wi-Fi and breakfast are free for all guests. The Wi-Fi can be slow in some rooms, though it usually works in the restaurant or lobby. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the hotel is great. It gets very noisy at night because it's close to the buses and matatus, so bring earplugs!

I'm completely pissed off, even though I'll pay for the yuck meal. The chicken salad was a joke compared with what I expected, and the waiter couldn't help. He said he was the only person I could speak to about my dissatisfaction. Check Buyer Beware for a photo of how the salad was presented. That yuck salad cost a whooping 300/-.
