It’s a good place, though the rooms could use some renovation.

The lift and breakfast were the only things I liked. Wi-Fi was unstable, and most of the receptionists were poor at communication and customer service. A few were friendly, and just one followed through on my request for a chair in the room. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. If you’re looking for an affordable place for a short stay and don’t expect much in terms of food, it’s not bad.

Once I got to my room, the view was great and it was really quiet. The place is clean, and I might come back hoping to change my review. The location in Nairobi is pleasant, and the atmosphere inside is nice. The room would be good value for the money if it were maintained better 😜. I was drawn in by the sign outside advertising a 50% discount, but it turned out to be bait. Please take it down.

The price is quite affordable, and the location is convenient. But the instant water heater in the shower didn’t work at all, and the bed felt old and wasn’t very comfortable. Watch out for mosquitoes. Use an electric repellent rather than a coil, which smokes up the room if you don’t want to use the net.
