Mercure Nairobi Upperhill

Local art gives the hotel its modern, relaxed feel. Joanina handled our check-in and requests with impressive ease, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

I spent over two months at the hotel, and everyone from housekeeping to security treated me with warmth and professionalism. It was a wonderful, comfortable stay in a great environment, and a lovely example of Kenyan hospitality. Thanks again for the experience. This is my genuine feedback, and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for that kind of welcome.

I keep coming back whenever I'm in Nairobi for the good location, efficient service, and the staff. The rooms in Mercure are a little tired these days, but the team's attitude more than makes up for it. George at the Mercure reception and Nicholas at the Pullman reception deserve a special mention. They're about as friendly and professional as hosts get.

We were a family of four in two rooms, and the price was surprisingly affordable for such nice rooms. They were comfortable and well serviced, the dinners were lovely, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. Special thanks to Terry for making sure our coeliac daughter had fresh fruit waiting when we arrived each time. Another wonderful stay at Mercure Upper Hill. We'll be back on our next trip to Kenya.
