Deerpark Luxury Stays

Although Deerpark Hotel sits in the middle of Kilimani, it felt surprisingly peaceful, a calm spot to get away from Nairobi. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained, and its location is convenient. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, always with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home. It’s a comfortable, convenient place for a relaxing stay in Nairobi, and I’d highly recommend it.

Nina deserves a special mention. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and really made us feel at home. That level of care is rare. We had a great stay at Deer Park Luxury Stays. The place was spotless, the food was amazing, and everyone on staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We’d happily stay again. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.

We were there for three nights. The rooms were modern and very clean, and the staff were amazing and helpful. It’s a beautiful spot. Food service was really slow, though the quality made up for some of the wait. Just don’t arrive hungry in a hurry. I’d recommend it.

We’ve returned four times since our first visit, when the place immediately felt safe, like home away from home. My husband and I love spending time in the gardens, sitting, reading, sleeping, and having uninterrupted conversations without needing to go out. Antonina leads a wonderful team. Marina, Ken, Esther, Wilson, Victor, Dismus, Kevin, and everyone else have all been amazing. Wilson deserves a special thanks for the housekeeping. I know the staff by name now, and they treat us like family and royalty. The owners are friendly too, and always stop for a chat. Deerpark is cozy and welcoming, tucked into a serene neighbourhood in the heart of Nairobi. We’ll keep coming back.
