We felt really secure here as a family, with guards on duty around the clock from the gate right up to the lifts. The balcony was roomy, a nice place to unwind and look out over the city 🌃. Everything was very clean, which I appreciated. It's near the main road, so getting to the CBD or elsewhere was easy, and there’s a backup generator for power cuts.

The apartments have a lovely garden seating area, with a huge car park underneath that can fit tenants' cars. Along Othaya Road, the building has a modern, nicely finished look and comes in studio, two bedroom, and three bedroom options. The staff were welcoming and took me around the show houses and the rooms I wanted to see.

Diamond Homes is a lovely place to own an apartment, with attractive finishes and a great location that works well for living or investing. Buyers usually know what they’re looking for, and this place has a lot going for it.

You can relax in a sky garden on every floor, and the rooms themselves are spacious, luxurious, and nicely laid out. The lifts are key operated and open straight into the flats, though you can take the stairs instead. Ground level is all parking, with space to park as you like, and both the parking and entrance are wheelchair friendly. There’s strong security at the entrance. Diamond Homes Kile is a beautiful, quiet place, apart from construction at a nearby property.
