The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, and the hot cookies on arrival are a signature touch of this Hilton brand. But after checkout, I had to lower my rating from five to two. The checkout process was a nightmare and badly managed. Keep your receipts and check the charges in your credit card app.

The location works really well, with Prestige Plaza to the east and Green House Mall to the west. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fine. The gym and pool are a bit small, but okay for a short workout during a brief stay. I also love the cookies they serve at check-in, and you can buy them as souvenirs if you like.

The staff were great, but management really needs to provide chairs. Security and front desk staff are standing through their entire shifts, day and night, with nowhere to sit in the lobby. I found that outdated and cruel. I won’t come back unless they’re treated with more respect and given basic comfort at work.

Breakfast was a highlight, and Kevin was especially friendly and accommodating. Jackline and Wellington at reception were helpful and professional too. As Hilton members, we felt valued, and the service was top tier. We had a really nice stay. Thank you.
