Escada Apartments

Privacy and safety were serious problems during my stay. I found out that staff had shared private information about my friend with his guests, which caused major trouble. When I challenged them, they insulted and disrespected me. Later, after I reported the issue, the guard who had insulted me withheld my delivered items, stared me down, and recorded me. I’ve never seen anything like it from security staff at a luxury apartment complex anywhere in the world. At night the guards sleep, as shown in the photos, so someone could slip in and take the stairs to any floor. The apartments I stayed in on my last trip also had flushing problems and yellowish water at best. Because of a health issue that limited my mobility, I couldn’t move to another building. Management did nothing to improve things. If safety and privacy matter to you, choose another luxury apartment complex.

The restaurant had lots of healthy options, and I really enjoyed the stay. From the room on the 17th floor, the view was awesome. The studio looked cute in pictures, but it felt cramped and a bit tiny even for one person.

The ambience is nice, but what’s the point of a luxury place if the lifts don’t work? On checkout day, I was coming down from the 17th floor with three bags and had to carry them myself because none of the lifts were working. Please improve that and give customers value for their money.

The rooms are decent, though I wish the security guards were a little friendlier. They aren’t very welcoming.
