The chef tells an amazing story through the food, and the breakfast is served on the rooftop. This is the best included hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Don’t miss it while you’re staying in Nairobi.

Rainy season can make hosting a birthday tricky, but the service was excellent and the setting worked perfectly for my daughter’s birthday.

The location is great and people are generally nice, but the service needs work. Check-in was a nightmare: I waited more than two hours, and the receptionists weren’t very helpful.

The rooftop breakfast spot was really pleasant, and all the staff were helpful. Front office support was top notch. I stayed four nights and loved the apartment I was fortunate to be upgraded to. It had two rooms, plus a nice balcony, and the rooms were huge, comfortable, and modern. I’ll be back.
