GraceHouse Resort

The Yaya center is within walking distance, and other places to shop or socialize are easy to reach. The neighborhood felt very safe, with live security and gates kept closed, which made it private and suitable for meetings. I just got back from a week's vacation in Kenya and was lucky to find this beautiful place. I've stayed at many other hotels in Nairobi and Masai Mara, but this one stood out. The atmosphere was peaceful, friendly, and welcoming. All meals are catered at the hotel, and they also have 4pm tea, which is convenient. Every staff member seemed ready to help with a genuine smile. The people, rooms, food, convenience, and atmosphere made it a great stay.

The meals are delicious, and the staff make a point of getting to know you. They remember your name and what you like to eat, and check in to see how your day is going. You really feel like family here. The service is world-class, and the Kenyans I met were the most humble and jovial people I've ever met. Best resort experience I've had.

The rooms are great, though the TVs have very few channels. The staff are always warm and ready to help, and they deal with complaints quickly. The food is amazing, always fresh and really tasty. I especially love the cakes, made with fresh fruit and good quality cream.

I come here every year. It's a very safe, convenient place right next to yaya mall, and the staff are the best in Nairobi. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with recently updated bathrooms and curtains. Breakfast is included, and the afternoon tea is a really good deal and handy when traveling.
