JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi

The team on the 4th floor made my stay at JW Marriott Nairobi really memorable. Mr. Daniel Kioko, the Chief, made sure my favorite sausages and African porridge were ready as soon as I sat down. His attention to detail was impressive. Mr. Favz Herdnks was also so helpful and welcoming, and his smile made me feel at home. Thank you to the whole hotel for having such a caring team.

We had no complaints during our one night at the end of vacation. The room upgrade was fantastic, with a great view, a comfortable bed, and a good night's sleep. The facilities were lovely, and cars entering the property go through security screening. Staff and service were excellent, and breakfast may be the best I've ever had, with lots of choices in a pleasant space. I'd never stayed at a JW Marriott before, and now I see what I was missing.

We used JW Marriott Nairobi as a base before our safari and a place to recharge afterward. The rooms were nice and very clean, the pool was a good size, and breakfast was nice too. It felt extremely safe. We'd happily stay again when passing through Kenya.

The rooftop lounge became one of my favorite places to unwind, with great views, good music, and well-made cocktails. Breakfast was solid too. The hotel itself is stylish and modern without feeling stiff, and the spacious rooms have lovely city views. After a lot of unexpected chaos during my time in Kenya, walking into JW Marriott Nairobi felt calming and grounding. From check-in to checkout, things ran smoothly, and the caring, attentive staff made me feel safe and welcome. I also shared content from my stay on social media to show appreciation and highlight the experience. I'd love to hear back from the marketing team about the emails regarding the content I created and shared. There's a real opportunity to keep showcasing the property authentically. This hotel felt like a sanctuary during my trip, and I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to visitors to Nairobi.
