Meltonia Luxury Suites

I left with two nights still remaining on my 14-day booking because the conditions became unbearable, and I'm waiting for a refund for those nights. It took insistence before security contacted the manager, after initially trying to stop me from leaving and saying guests couldn't leave the premises. The security guard hadn't been able to help with anything meaningful either. For two days, the hotel staff, including the office, couldn't be reached. Apparently they had taken a holiday during peak season, leaving guests without assistance. There was also no water at all for two days, so we had to draw water from the swimming pool to flush the toilets. We couldn't maintain personal hygiene properly. The room itself was in deplorable shape. There were large holes in the bathroom tiles and crawling insects, and hygiene and sanitation were shockingly poor. When I asked to change rooms, I was told to stay until another became available. The kitchen light didn't work, and I was warned not to shut the bathroom door because its faulty lock could trap me. The towels were ragged and threadbare, nothing like what I'd expect from a reputable hotel. This was a remarkably distressing stay at Meltonia Luxury hotel apartments. The lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene, and unresponsive staff made it uncomfortable and upsetting. I'm sharing this to caution others, and strongly advise potential guests to consider other options.
