There’s a clean swimming pool and a good outdoor area to spend time with friends and family. Their food is great too.

Phoenicia Hotel is tucked away on Mushroom Road, Kiambu, and feels like a calm escape from the busy city. The grounds are lovely, with striking gardens, and there’s a kids’ park, a pool, conference facilities, two restaurants, and 37 cozy rooms. The staff were attentive and quick to think of ways to make guests comfortable, whether they’re there to relax or get work done.

I’ve been staying at Phoenicia Hotel since 2017, and when I’m in Kenya for ministry it feels like my second home. The food is clean, tasty and delicious, and I really love the hotel. Lilian, Beatrice and the whole crew are amazing. The workers are so nice and polite.

A quiet, tranquil little spot to chill. I haven’t tried much of the food, so I can’t really comment on it.
