We ended up staying here unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled, and the hotel exceeded what we’d hoped for. The staff were so kind and attentive, and helped us contact Kenya Airways and communicate with the airport. We really appreciated that. The rooms are bright and comfortable, the food is delicious, and everything was so well organized. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were roomy and clean, and I had a good experience. It’s a nice option for a short stay.

Our flight was cancelled, so we had to stay longer than planned. The staff kindly let us keep the same rate for the extra days, and the restaurant food was good. There are also medicine and general stores nearby. Pori city hotel is a decent, affordable place to stay. It’s a little outside the city, but well placed, with the airport, city center, galleria mall giraffe center and other major attractions nearby. I’d recommend it.

We’ve had two anniversary dinners here and have no complaints. The service is good, the meals are lovely, and the three-course option is plenty. Their pizzas are just as good as anywhere else, and delivery was on time.

The food was tasty, and the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Service was great. Hot water, though, was hard to get in some rooms.
