Saggys Suites Hotel & Spa

Everything was spotless, from the room and linens to the pool and patio, and they cleaned daily. Since the place was brand new, all the facilities were immaculate. The front desk and restaurant teams gave fantastic service, and the food and drinks were great. It was just what we wanted, highly recommended.

The attendants are the standout for me, always smiling and keen to do their best. Saggys suites hotel and spa feels like a home away from home, with spacious, spotless rooms, nice meals and a refreshing view. The service meets world standards, and I’d definitely suggest giving it a try.

The food was delicious, and although there’s no buffet, you can ask for a meal made to your liking. The chef is very skilled. I also liked the large suite space for the price of one room at other hotels, the great pool and the gym. The place is very clean and new, and the staff are professional and attentive to every detail. Its location in the center of Nairobi felt very safe. One small thing to keep in mind: some bedrooms don’t have air conditioning, with it only in the living room. I didn’t run into that as an issue since the weather was cool.

I’m coming to Nairobi for three days next March 2025, during Ramadan. Do you offer any special arrangements for guests who are fasting? Thanks.
