The new African menu we tried on our last day was fantastic, with authentic flavors and lovely presentation. We also used the spa, where Lavender gave a relaxing, rejuvenating massage with real skill and a warm manner. From arrival to departure, the team made our family feel looked after. Marianna was especially welcoming and wonderful with our children, who adored her. David, the Restaurant Supervisor, and the restaurant team were attentive and greeted us warmly throughout. Housekeeping also deserves credit for keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Pax Manor has beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back.

David made my birthday on May 4th unforgettable. He was kind and professional, paid attention to details, and made great recommendations. The food was delicious and really filling, and Vivian at the restaurant was attentive, kind, and efficient. When we arrived at Pax Manor Hotel, Tuchy greeted us warmly and went out of her way to show us around the whole place. Her friendly, professional welcome made us feel at home. The hospitality and food made our stay memorable, and I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

Frank and Isabel made our Sunday brunch special with warm, attentive service and a real eye for detail. Pax Manor’s setting is beautiful, and the location is superb for a relaxing brunch or a special event. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. I’d highly recommend it for a top quality experience in Nairobi, and I’ll definitely be back regularly.
