I got a room around 11 pm without having booked ahead, which was handy. The room was clean, but a few amenities were missing; I asked for them and they arrived quickly. Breakfast was okay, just three slices of bread, sausage, and eggs, though it took a while to get served. The reception could use work because nobody explained the room details. For the price, the hotel is good, but the team needs to improve its service.

The rooms are neatly organized, and the restaurant is spotless. Customer service is top-notch, too. It's an affordable option with bed and breakfast included, and good value for the money.

The location is pleasantly away from the city's noise, and the food was good. The service, though, was poor: the waiters had an attitude, orders took ages, and customer care at reception wasn't good either. The chef was supposed to do our birthday setup. Credit to the chef in charge and the steward for their good work.

The rooms are decent for the price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a decent hotel restaurant with cold beer and good food. There isn’t much to do nearby, and as a foreigner the area can seem a little rough. Still, if you’re passing through Nairobi for a day or two on a budget, it’s a good place to stay.
