The rooftop seating area has a nice view of Nairobi and works for relaxing or having a party. The rooms are clean, and the internet connection is good. There’s also a gym, a warm swimming pool, and a calm atmosphere. With good security and easy access to places, this apartment has everything you’d need. I’d rate it 10/10.

The rooftop was the highlight for me, with lovely views across Nairobi and the surrounding area, especially at sunrise or sunset. I also enjoyed the gym and pool, though the Wi-Fi cut out now and then. The apartments are spacious and stylish. My one-bedroom unit was furnished with care and kept very clean. Siaya Park Apartments is in Kileleshwa Estate, where the leafy, quiet setting feels like a break from the busy city. Nearby attractions, shops, and business districts are still easy to reach. I felt secure thanks to the gated property, 24-hour security staff, and secure parking. The staff were friendly and professional, from the welcome at check-in to their quick replies when I had questions or requests. Housekeeping kept the apartment comfortable and clean throughout. With the peaceful location, attentive service, and facilities, my stay exceeded expectations. I’d recommend Siaya Park Apartments for business or leisure trips to Nairobi.

I paid GNA Real Estate Agency in advance for Siaya Park apartments A69 and A90. The first apartment was in terrible condition, and the refund or transfer they promised never came through. The owners kept my money unfairly, while the agency offered no help. Avoid this place.

This fourth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is crawling with cockroaches, especially in the master bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The host seems not to care, and her excuses are worse than the problems. They fumigated while I was still staying there and said it was odorless, but I’ve been sick and am heading to the hospital today. Nothing works properly. I wake up without lights, the microwave doesn’t work right, and the TV hardly works. I know cockroaches are a problem in this area, but don’t be fooled by how the place looks or waste your money. I moved out, and the host is refusing to refund me. Update: I still haven’t received my refund. The host hasn’t said a word and won’t answer my calls.

At Siya Park we saw a furnished apartment that was simple but lovely. Guests can use the rooftop lounge, gym, and swimming pool. It’s close to all the necessary amenities, including some top-notch ones. 😊❤️❤️
