There’s plenty of parking over two levels, and the compound feels very secure. The apartments are great, and maintenance staff respond quickly. The main nuisance is the dust and noise from the construction next door.

We enjoyed our stay as a family. The apartment was lovely, with beautiful views, plenty of space to entertain, and everything furnished just right. It’s close to everything, and the security was good, especially Monica. Management was professional and pleasant. I loved it!

This complex has spacious two and three bedroom units with classic Chinese finishes. Each block has a lift, and there’s plenty of parking on the ground level and in the basement. It also has a borehole as well as the main water supply.

The community feels very secure, with security around the clock. Parking is ample and well organized, and the location is excellent.

The price is fair, and there’s good security. Parking is available, and a lift serves each floor.
