I've never had service this bad, or dealt with people this rude. Their drunk supervisor was extremely rude and refused to let us pay by Visa, insisting on cash. When we kept asking for receipts, he said we were there illegally and demanded that we leave. We were also told to check out 2 days before our stay was due to end so they could clean for the next guests.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere is lovely, and this is definitely a place to stay. The rooftop restaurant is handy for delivery when you don't feel like cooking, or when you have friends over.

The location is great and easy to get to, and the rooftop lounge has especially nice views. The rental price is too high at $4000pm. The building isn't especially attractive from outside, but it's okay inside.

The apartment is kept clean, and they'll put the dishes away for you. The stove needs work: only two burners were working, which is why I can't give five stars. There are two free washers and dryers shared by all the apartments if you don't want to pay for laundry service. Security is good, although once we arrived around midnight and had to wake the guard to let us in. Just that one time. I like the very firm mattress, but it may not suit everyone.
