Rent is affordable, and the caretaker team is excellent. I’d recommend it any day. Attic Place is a 10-storey apartment building in Sana Sana area, South B, Nairobi, with one-bedroom apartments and executive bedsitters. It has ground-floor and basement parking, plus a working lift and a staircase.

The owner had room EO5 neatly prepared, and I was treated very nicely. The Airbnb was excellent. The Attic Place is the place to be.
