Trademark Suites at Enaki Town Hotel

The food was one of the highlights, and the staff took such good care of us. Our suite was roomy, cosy, and thoughtfully designed. The area has a charming feel, but the stay was still peaceful and relaxing. We had a really welcoming, comfortable visit, with a great location and top-notch service.

Roots has some nice offers, including Date Night and wine tasting, but the reservations have gone wrong on every visit I've made. They've misspelled my name three times, even after I followed up by message, and twice my seating request was ignored. When I raised it on my last visit, hostess Lilian was very dismissive.

The meals were enjoyable, and there’s a pool with resting beds. I also appreciated the strong security at the entrance and around the property. My room was spacious, quiet, and kept to a very high standard. Check in at trademark suites along Redhill road and enjoy your stay.

Dessert was the only part of the meal we really enjoyed. We’d come for a Thursday date night expecting a three-course dinner and a refined hotel experience, but the evening missed some basic hospitality marks. Our food took more than two hours, and once we ordered there was no way to cancel or change anything. The soup starter came without bread or another accompaniment. My main was too salty and a little burnt, and the napkin I was given looked used, so I had to ask for a clean one. For a premium venue, the service and attention to detail were surprising. I hope management improves the kitchen wait and the guest experience.
