The biggest problem was the room: it felt stuffy, there was no air-conditioning in Nairobi's heat, and thin walls let through conversations, TVs, and corridor noise. For the price, I expected more privacy and fresher air. I might return if they fixed the stale smell and noise, and perhaps I'd ask for a room away from the activity. There were good things too. The staff were super friendly, the location was convenient, and the rooms were clean, with comfy beds and nice decor. Free Wi-Fi worked pretty well, and breakfast was a solid spread. If you're on a budget and not too fussy, it could work. I'd give it 3/5.

The place itself is generally good, with a peaceful setting and a good location. Staff were friendly, especially in the kitchen, and the receptionists and gate staff were good too. One staff member kindly asked if I needed help when I got sick, though I wish more could have been done. I got food poisoning from the breakfast meatballs, and they ruined my day. The Air Wick freshener was also far too strong for me. I hope they can regulate it or reconsider the fragrance.

I stayed five nights, and the hot water wasn't working during my stay. The room wasn't in good condition either, especially the uncomfortable bed and mattress. I'd avoid this hotel as much as possible.

The team kept everything running smoothly from beginning to end, and the staff were warm and attentive. We held our Q2 meeting at Waridi, and the conference facilities were fantastic, well organized, and professional. Thanks for making it such a seamless experience. I'd highly recommend it for business meetings and events.
