For a business meeting, Hotel Royal Spring worked really well. The surroundings are quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were professional and courteous, helping the meeting run smoothly. There’s a conference hall, business center, and lounge, too. The restaurant serves tasty food, from local dishes to international options, and room service lets you order food and drinks any time of day. Hygiene was good throughout. My room was comfortable and spotless, with fresh linens and towels, and the bathroom had toiletries and a hairdryer. The lobby was tidy and inviting, and the facilities, including the elevators and generators, were in working order. It’s a convenient hotel that met my business needs and exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for a satisfying stay.

The beds were clean, but the room layout was awful. Outlets are high on the wall, so charging your phone means leaving it standing up. The curtains don't cover the whole window, leaving room for people to peek in. The bathroom windows have no covering at all, so someone on a higher floor could see you showering.

The rooms were very dusty, and you have to ask for basics like a towel and sandals. It's adequate if you're on a tight budget, though. Bring an extra shuka to cover the glass door, since people outside can see straight in.

The rooms are spacious and affordable, and I enjoyed my stay. Royal Spring is near Jumuia Hotel, which is handy if you're attending a conference there. There's a bar and restaurant on site, open until curfew, and Glovo delivers to this address.
