We came as a group and really enjoyed this scenic, relaxing camp. Being in Africa's second largest caldera was a joy. The hosts were warm and accommodating, and the service was great. Meals were delicious and generous, and both the rooms and outdoor areas were well maintained. They also arranged a nature walk in the crater for us. I’d gladly recommend it and hope to return.

We stayed here while cycling Kenya Bike Odyssey. James and Lilian were wonderful, and the food was really good. The grounds and location are incredible, and the bandas looked amazing.

The food was good, and the staff were so friendly and happy to accommodate requests, including dietary changes. With that beautiful view of the menengai crater, the place feels peaceful and serene, just right for relaxing.

The food and service were excellent, and Milka looked after everything we needed with charm and efficiency. This place is so unique, the setting and camp really speak for themselves. It felt like a special escape, and we’ll come back to Mailis Camp.

The views and service were incredible, and the food was the best I’ve had in Kenya so far. I stayed in a Bandas while cycling the KBO and took a rest day here, which gave me a chance to really relax. They also arranged a half-day game drive at Lake Nakuru with Better World Tours & Safari on just 12 hours’ notice. That was great, and we saw lots of rhinos and even a few lions.
