Royal Palm Hotel And Suites

Being right in town makes the location handy, though the noise at night is a downside, so it cuts both ways. The double rooms, which aren’t the standard rooms, were clean. Their bathroom doors need better maintenance, and the customer service left quite a bit to be desired.

The receptionist was polite, but that was the one bright spot. The place was so noisy I couldn’t imagine sleeping there, and the rooms were tiny, with torn bed sheets. It might work for a few hours to freshen up before moving on, but there wasn’t much else to offer, despite how appealing it sounded. I couldn’t stay after seeing it, and they refused to return the money I’d paid to reserve. I only gave it a star so I could post this. I wouldn’t have rated it at all.

The cafeteria was fine, with nice food and staff, and the staff overall were great. Prices are good too, and it’s a great place to spend the night. My only complaint is that shower doors in most rooms are in bad shape.

I found dirty bedsheets in the room and asked for clean ones, but the receptionist said nothing could be done. This was on 20/05/2022.
